King John's Barn is now managed by Bolthole Retreats who deal with all my bookings. However, for The Palace please email me with your enquiry and you can book this direct with us.
Use of sofa beds charged at £40 extra for either 1 or 2 people.
Pets come for free to the Palace but must be booked in please.

Special Events in the Cotswolds
Cheltenham Gold Cup Week and all weeks that include a Bank Holiday will be charged as high season and February half term will be charged at mid-season rates.
Short Weekend Breaks
Short weekend breaks are also available Friday to Monday and mid-week breaks from Monday to Friday - as a guide the minimum price is usually at least 75% of the weekly rate depending on the make-up of the party - please telephone 01993 878075 or email info@kingjohnsbarn.co.uk with proposed dates and number of guests, to discuss booking arrangements.
Further Information
The properties are usually available from 4.00 pm on the first day and need to be vacated by 10.00 am leaving the property clean and tidy as it was found, in accordance with our Booking and Cancellation Policy which should be read prior to booking. These times can sometimes be flexible so please ask.
Welcome provisions are provided for weekly bookings. For short breaks provisions can be provided at cost, please ring Vicky to arrange and give at least 24 hours notice. Good local produce is available from many of our local shops.
Dogs, a maximum of 2 are allowed in The Gallery and 1 in Oak Tree Cottage (2 by arrangement). They need a holiday as much as you do and they will love their welcome packs.
